Bifurcatum SP. White

Platycerium bifurcatum ‘SP. White’ is a staghorn fern selected for its pale, fuzzy look. Fine surface hairs can give the fertile fronds a silvery cast, while shield fronds form the familiar base against the mount. The fronds still fork like antlers; they have simply arrived dressed for a much more formal occasion. P. bifurcatum is an epiphytic fern, meaning it naturally grows attached to a support rather than as a ground plant. Please keep the exact ‘SP. White’ provenance as a seller designation until the cultivar name is confirmed. The fern, meanwhile, has no interest in paperwork.
